Why Wear Your Style?

Custom design graphic apparel is a powerful way to express one's unique personality, interests, and passions. Each detail, from the selection of colors to the choice of fonts, is a deliberate act of self-love and creativity. Whether it's a bold statement or subtly intricate details each piece tells a story and reflects the wearer's identity. This personalized approach to fashion not only makes a statement but also empowers individuals to showcase their true selves to the world. By wearing custom-designed apparel, people can connect with others who share similar tastes and values, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

  • Equipment

DTG machines produce almost zero wastewater and use less energy, lowering the carbon footprint. They use water-based vegan inks that they formulate, test, and produce in their own ink factories. The inks are non-hazardous, toxin-free, biodegradable, and contain no animal by-products.

  • Direct to Garment Printing

Direct-to-garment printing is a method where the ink is sprayed directly onto the garment, which allows for high-quality, full-color prints. DTG prints are soft, breathable, and very durable.

  • Process

For DTG printing, digital printers are used to spray water-based ink onto fabric. A pre-treatment solution is first applied to help the ink bond with the fabric. Next, the garment is mounted on a platen and placed into the printer, where the print is ready in just a couple of minutes. Finally, the ink is cured to make the print more durable.

  • Packaging

PCR plastic mailers are made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE), categorized as number 4-coded plastic. This material is recyclable, but number 4-coded plastic doesn’t usually belong in an everyday recycling bin. Typically, it has to be recycled at designated drop-off points. Contact your local waste management service provider and asking for instructions on sorting 4-coded plastic.

  • Apparel Care

When you follow the printed garment’s care instructions, the prints will last a long time. They won’t crack, peel, or fade. You may be surprised at how durable these prints are!
